Reflection

The Chocolate War was an interesting book. It was about a boy named Jerry Renault who is trying out for the football tream, but he struggles because he is very skinny and weak. Even though he is weak he was kocked down all the time and made fun of but with all of that i think it persuaded him to try harder. At the end Renault stands up to everyone and shows the he can do it. The book also reminds me of when I tried out for Football I was made fun of because of some of the things I could not do i was always laughed at and also knocked down but then i started to ignore them and just tried my hardest and actually did very well.
